{"id":1006,"date":"2020-07-13T09:24:23","date_gmt":"2020-07-13T09:24:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/scoremarketing.es\/maquetaferralia\/?page_id=1006"},"modified":"2021-05-10T08:27:24","modified_gmt":"2021-05-10T08:27:24","slug":"puente-nanay","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ferralia.com\/en\/puente-nanay\/","title":{"rendered":"Nanay Bridge"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"cabecera-interior fichaproyectos\">\r\n    <article class=\"cuerpo\">\r\n        <div class=\"contenedor\">\r\n            <h1 class=\"after\">OUR <b>PROJECTS<\/b><\/h1>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/article>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<section class=\"intro-fichaproyectos\">\r\n    <article class=\"cuerpo\">\r\n        <div class=\"texto-izq\">\r\n            <h3 class=\"primero\"><b>Nanay Bridge<\/b><\/h3>\r\n            <h3><b>Key data<\/b><\/h3>\r\n            <p class=\"grande\">The bridge will have an eclectic structure something in between an extradosed bridge and a viaduct, starting with 80 metres of rigid pavement on the Avenida La Marina side, followed by a 1,347 metre continuous viaduct; followed by the 320 metre extradosed bridge (referred to as the Nanay Extradosed Bridge), and ending with a 232 metres access viaduct connecting with Santo Tom\u00e1s.<\/p>\r\n            <h3><b>System implemented<\/b><\/h3>\r\n            <p class=\"grande\">Comprehensive steel construction service; Supply, industrial fitting out of reinforcing steel, and \u201cin situ\u201d reinforcement of the piles which make up the foundations.<\/p>\r\n            <ul>\r\n                <li>Deep Foundations (Piles), for the execution of the bridge towers and anchoring piles for the stay cables.<\/li>\r\n                <li>Piles executed with a 1.80 diameter, with 60 metre depths, and with a weight of fifty-eight tonnes (58 Tonnes).<\/li>\r\n                <li>The piles were assembled \u201cin situ\u201d, transporting for that purpose, -via river-, the personnel, the supplies of pre-assembled steel reinforcement, connectors, assembly equipment, welding and other necessary supplies to the city of Iquitos to execute the works at that location.<\/li>\r\n                <li>The pile reinforcement frames had the peculiarity of having groups of steel bars. The assembly and hoisting of the piles was carried out in 12-metre sections, connecting the pile sections vertically. \u2013 Due to the complexity of the connection and the dense reinforcement, a system was devised to divide the pile reinforcement in two, \u201cintrados and extrados\u201d, in order to make a staggered connection.<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n            <h3><b>Project
