Consisting of seven basements and twenty floors distributed over 55,000 square metres. Having the Leed Gold building certification with prime-A1 category offices.<\/p>\r\n            <h3><b>System implemented<\/b><\/h3>\r\n            <p class=\"grande\">Given the complexity of the undertaking of the work, it was carried out in two comprehensive steel construction service contracts:<\/p>\r\n            <ul>\r\n                <li>Contract for the supply of industrially reinforced steel reinforcement in verticals.<\/li>\r\n                <li>Contract for the supply, industrial reinforcing steel and its installation in horizontal elements.<\/li>\r\n            <\/ul>\r\n            <p class=\"grande\">Both contracts were executed by Ferralia.<\/p>\r\n            <p class=\"grande\">Based on a direct foundation to the ground. In the geometric centre of the work, a vertical shaft-core was built, which progressed at a faster pace than the rest of the work, as the horizontal elements that bordered this core were anchored in its interior.<\/p>\r\n            <p class=\"grande\">Approximately 7,000 connectors were used for the execution of the work, both continuity as well as tether.<\/p>\r\n            <h3><b>Project
