Mestalla Stadium<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

Key data<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

The Nuevo Mestalla (or Nou Mestalla, or futur Mestalla), will become the new football home ground of Valencia Club de F\u00fatbol, replacing the current Mestalla stadium.<\/p>\r\n

It was initially designed with a capacity for 75,100 spectators and to be able to host athletic competitions, a requirement proposed by Valencia City Council. According to the initial project, it will be a UEFA 5-star stadium. Having 3,500 parking spaces, an entertainment area, a museum on the club\u2019s history, several VIP areas and an auditorium for conferences and meetings.<\/p>\r\n

The final design is unknown as it is still being studied by the current Valencian club’s directors, who are working with the architect Marck Fenwick to eliminate the athletics track and make the most of every space in the stadium.<\/p>\r\n
