The project, whose investment is already approximately $200 million, includes the opening of commercial premises, restaurants, medical clinics and offices. The initial plan created in 2014 estimated more than 22,000 square metres (m2) of clinics and over 2,000 m2 of offices, as well as the opening of 175 shops, restaurants and cinemas.

System implemented

Piling foundation system, for the structure an electrowelded mesh and pre-assembly of beams and columns system was used.
