It is a multifunctional complex with more than 200,000 m2 of construction and a truly visionary concept of urban integration which includes the merger of:

• Health services by including what will be the most important Comprehensive Hospital in the region. The Panama Clinic.
• Hotel services via the Marriott Residence Inn.
• Business services with an imposing corporate tower.
• Commercial services with the inclusion of a Boutique Mall.

System implemented

Pile cap driven pile foundation system, for the structure a pre-assembled beams and columns system was used.
