City of Communications. Telefónica

Key data

The Telefónica District, head office of the Spanish multinational Telefónica, S.A., is an architectural project headed by Rafael de la Hoz. The work was carried out in 36 months on a 370,000 square metre surface area in Las Tablas, an area of expansion between Madrid and Alcobendas. The work has been recognised on different occasions, both for the management of the arrival of the Madrid Metro (Ronda de la Comunicación station on Line 10) and for road access.
