Ibiza Bay View Tower

System implemented

Piling foundation system, for the structure a pre-assembled system of columns and circular beams was used.

Key data

This major project consists of three towers, two apartment towers and one office tower with sea and city views. It includes a lobby where the reception, control and information area is located, as well as state-of-the-art lifts, intercoms with concierge, automatic access controls and closed-circuit surveillance.
