Corredor Playa I

The “Corredor de las playas” project in West Panama, whose construction commenced in 2018 and which contemplates the widening of the Inter-American Highway between the districts of La Chorrera and San Carlos, includes viaducts and detours in towns.

According to the Ministry of Public Works (MPW), the project is valued at approximately $892 million, taking into account sections 1 and 2, which are approximately 50 kilometres long.

System implemented

Foundation system with piles and pile caps, for the structure a pre-assembled system is used for the shaft and capitals.
