La Maison Tower

Located in Santa María Golf & Country Club, one of the most luxurious residential areas of Panama City is La Maison. Surrounded by a spectacular 18-hole golf course, the architecture of this project is designed to provide its inhabitants with a luxurious residential complex which will offer a first-world lifestyle with VIP treatment under the Concierge service.

System implemented

Pile cap driven pile foundation system and central slab or MAT, for the structure a pre-assembled system of columns and beams was used.
